Not loving your new purchase?  That’s ok!  Items will be accepted for return up to 14 days after delivery. All items must be returned new with original tags, smoke and smell free as well as in original packaging if any.

All sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.

All items will returned will be fully refunded through original method of payment or store credit minus the cost of shipping.

Please contact us at through our contact page or at BoomtownKidsNd@gmail.com to initiate a return and address for shipping your returns. Once items are received, your return will be processed with 7-10 business days. Items that do not comply with the return policy as mentioned above will be returned to the customer and a refund or store credit will not be applied. Items sent back after the 14 days will only receive store credit minus a 20% restock fee.

Exchanges

Exchanges are on a case by case basis due to revolving inventory. Please contact us for exchanges. 

Shipping

Packages will be shipped out 3-5 days after order is placed out of Williston, ND.  You will receive a shipping notification once item is shipped.
